Detail Of Post:

Position 1:District Resource Persons (DRP):

  1. Location: District Office, TS Civil Supplies Corporation.
  2. Contract Period: One Year
  3. Reporting to: District Manager, TS Civil Supplies Corporation.
  4. Coordinating with: District Manager, TS CSC as well as Project Associate, Hyderabad.
  5. Essential Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/M.C.A/, with 1 year experience in IT project support activities
  6. Job Profile of District Resource Persons (DRP): Coordinate with DM as well as Project Associated on daily basis. Responsible for software installation in Tabs, bug fixing and problem resolution. Quick diagnosis of software problem and resolution. Receive calls from Mandal level users and resolve technical issues experienced by them. Application bugs fixing. Installation of software as well as database in Tabs. Issues related to connectivity / User login / application access/ reports access any services related to both mobile as well as web application Timely report generations to the department on DM/ Head Office request. Need to login application remotely and fix bugs if any. Conducting trainings to District level users/ field staff as well as departmental users. To attend meetings conducted by the CSC from time to time at District Manager. To attend training camps as per DM/ GM of the Corporation. Coordinate with Network team/ system team from time to time deployment issues if any for quick resolution. Any other tasks assigned by PA/ PM/ DM/ GM from time to time. Required to travel to various manadals for quick fixing of software issues.

POSITION: 2. Project Associate:

  1. Location: Hyderabad
  2. Contract Period: One Year
  3. Essential Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Master’s Degree in Management/ Technology (MBA/MCA) At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Consulting / Process Improvement/IT Applications Experience in IT role (Software Engineer or Business Analyst)  Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process will be an added benefit (and not a pre-requisite). Stakeholder’s consultation Government projects – Knowledge of various scholarships schemes implemented by Central Government, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory bodies, other Non-Governmental Organizations will be preferred. Good communication and Inter-personal skills
  4. Job Profile of Project Associate: Interact with multiple project stake holders and report on daily basis. Interact with Senior management & Project Manager to understand business requirements, perform business analysis, formalize requirements, conceptualize high-level solution Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Need to prepare interim reports. Provide support in design, development and implementation of applications. Support Project Manager and Senior Management in support of operations perspective.
