Salary details: Rs 30000 per month for S.N 09 and Rs 12050 – 29450 for Superintendent . Selected candidates will be paid consolidated pay of Rs.30,000/- p.m for a period of One year (Training period). On successful completion of Training, regularization will be in E1 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.16400 – 40500 at the initial basic of Rs.16400/- with probation period for one year. At the time of joining, selected candidates should execute a bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) to the effect to serve for a period of 03 years (excluding training period).

 Educational qualification:

1. Management Trainee – Candidates must have Degree of BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Production/ PG degree or PG Diploma in HR/ Personal with 60 percent marks
2. Superintendent – First Class Graduate in Any Discipline with Stenography (English) and working knowledge of MS Office
