Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :-
Developing analytics support for Digital marketing and user experience
Ownership to monitor and optimize website performance metrics
Optimize the website experience using innovative solutions, statistical analysis & browser testing.
Develop hypotheses. Run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze the results and recommend the best possible solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams (product, software, compliance, operations) in various projects and convey the requirements clearly.
Work with web analytics tools Google analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google tag manager.
Build positive, collaborative working relationships with marketers, designers and developers & the compliance / legal team to create high-quality, high-performing user experiences that are simple and elegant in a business that is complex.
Manage and participate in on-going customer research/usability studies in order to better understand and apply user behavior, motivations and needs.
Travel 10% of the time, including some international travel.

Candidate Profile:

Key Skills :-
A Bachelors degree in Engineering from NIT or IIT or BITS or Anna University Campus (Mandatory)
Strong MySQL knowledge with at least 6 months of working experience in MySQL.
Strong problem-solving, creative, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in cross-functional, technical, diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Added advantage if you have :-
Expertise with web analytics tools and user testing.
Knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.
Consumer finance experience and / or experience in a highly regulated environment.
Basic knowledge with web-based technologies; i.e. CSS, HTML.
