Technical Support Process :-
Good Hardware knowledge is mandatory.
Query resolution/ troubleshooting and resolution within a short time
Customer Service Process :-
Responsible for handling inbound calls
Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time
handle the complaints and enquiries of customers
be responsible for customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

Skills Required :-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Must be a quick learner
Confident in building a conversation
Ability to use the computer system
The desired candidate needs to have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Typing skills of 20 words per minute with an accuracy of 85%
