Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified fast growing multinational Public Sector Organization under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India. TCIL is operating globally to provide world-class technology and Indian expertise in all fields of Telecom, IT. TCIL requires qualified and experienced Candidates as per job profile holding Computerized Indian Passport with validity more than 2 years for the following posts on contract basis for Kuwait Project:

1. Labor: No. of Posts : 50 Qualification : Primary or higher Standard passed (preferred ECNR). Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in the civil works like excavation of trenches, laying of ducts/sub ducts/cables, rodding, mandrel testing, using of jack hammers for breaking concrete/asphalt etc. Preference for the experience in Telecom Civil Works. Salary : 80 KD (Inclusive of food allowance (KD 70+10))
2. Heavy Duty Driver: No. of Posts : 11 Qualification : 10th Standard pass with Kuwaiti or GCC or Indian Driving License (ECNR preferred). Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in driving heavy duty vehicles in Kuwait or GCC or in India (Half Lorries, Bus, Trucks, Crane, Machinery Handling such as Towing Cable trailers, Compressors, Winch Machines etc with lorries required to execute telecom civil works). Having full knowledge about the Kuwait traffic rules & regulations. Having knowledge of attending minor break down on roads. Salary :  130 KD (Inclusive of food allowance (KD 115+15 Food))- for Valid Kuwaiti License.  100 KD inclusive of food allowance for GCC Valid or GCC/Kuwaiti Expired but valid Indian Driving license till attain Kuwaiti License.  85 KD inclusive of food allowance for Valid Indian Driving License till attain Kuwaiti License. Note: For Kuwaiti License holder Drivers, Exit from Kuwait must be more than 2 years.
3. Auto CAD Operator: No. of Posts : 02 Qualification : Auto CAD Diploma from recognized Institute. Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in preparing the Civil Drawing in AutoCAD. Entry of various types of data in different types of computer softwares. Preference for the Auto CAD experience in Telecom Works. Salary : 125 KD (Inclusive of food allowance (KD 110+15))

1. Age of all above cadres should be more than 21 years & not exceeding 50 years.
2.  The contract period is minimum 3 years (Must work minimum 3 years with TCIL) and the probation period is 100 days.
3.  Total working days & hours is 06 days in a week & 48 hrs and overtime is as per local labor law on actual basis.
4. After completion of one year the candidate will be entitled for 30 days vacation leave.
5.  Medical & Insurance : Covered under Medical Health Insurance
6. Repatriation: On completion of project as at serial 2.
7. Onward Travel Ticketing: At Company’s cost at the time of joining and at the time of exit upon cancellation of residency after final settlement only.
8.  A bachelor shared & soft furnished accommodation will be provided.
9. Salary & Food: Covered in Monthly Salary as under:  For Labor, Salary KD 70+10 food = 80 KD.  For Kuwaiti Heavy Duty Driving License Drivers, Salary 115+15 food = 130 KD.  For Kuwaiti Expired Heavy Duty License but Valid Indian Heavy Duty license, Salary 85+15 food = 100 KD to be increased when attains Kuwaiti Heavy Duty Driving License.  For GCC Valid Heavy Duty Driving License or GCC Expired Heavy Duty but Valid Indian Heavy Duty license, Salary 85+15 food = 100 KD to be increased when attains Kuwaiti Heavy Duty Driving License.  For Valid Indian Heavy Duty License, Salary KD 85 inclusive of food allowance till attains Kuwaiti Heavy Duty Driving License. Note: During gap period till obtain Kuwaiti Driving License; candidate has to work as labor for Civil telecom works.
10. Transport for Local Travel to work place: By company vehicle.
